Data controller
Sebka Technology, S.L. · NIF B90015454 · Calle Faustino Álvarez 29, local, 41002 Sevilla · [email protected].
What data we process and why
- Email: the data users include when they write to us. Purpose: to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain any subsequent business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Browsing: to measure visits we use Plausible Analytics, installed on our own server. It does not use cookies or identify individuals: the data is aggregated and anonymous (pages viewed, country, device type). No profiles are created.
- Website delivery: pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes the IP address of visitors to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Third-party content: YouTube videos are loaded only if users accept by clicking on them; at that point the third party may process data in accordance with its own policy (see the Cookie policy).
Commercial communications
We will only send commercial information to those who have requested it or who have a prior contractual relationship with us, always with the option to unsubscribe in each message or by writing to [email protected].
Recipients
We do not disclose data to third parties unless legally required to do so. Our service providers (web hosting, website delivery and email) access the data only to provide the service and under a data processing agreement. The server for this website and the analytics server are located in the European Union.
Retention
Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship or enquiry lasts and, after that, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (generally five years).
Rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected] and identifying themselves, and may withdraw any consent given at any time. They may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, Spanish Data Protection Agency) (aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
