Museum digitisation for Casa Colón

Huelva City Council turned Casa Colón, the former Gran Hotel Colón, into an interpretation space for the city’s British Legacy and needed all the digital content for the museum display.

We produced the subtitled videos, digitised objects and recreated historic buildings in 3D for touchscreen viewers. We created seven animated portraits whose characters talk to each other in sync, and reconstructed the lost dining room of the Gran Hotel Colón in 3D 360°, with actors in period costume, to be experienced with Meta Quest 3S. A complete digital museography project, from script to installation. The visit is rounded off with an app for iOS and Android.
